Promotional Discount Code
If you have been given a discount code be sure to use the same e-mail address that the code was assigned to. Use of any other address will render the promotional code invalid. The discounted price will not be shown in the order total but will be applied when we process your order.
If you are a prior customer ordering ADDITIONAL licenses provide the email address used with prior orders to receive a discount toward your new licenses.
Academic/religious/nonprofit discount only applies to qualifying academic, religious, and nonprofit institutions for orders of quantity ten or greater. Proof of qualification will be required. Only one discount per order is permitted.

As soon as your browser reports, "Web site found..." (or an equivalent message) your order has been sent. Please do not click the "Submit" button again. If your order has been received properly you should normally be directed to a confirmation screen. A confirmation email is sent automatically containing your transaction ID, which can be used to track the status of your order. If your order has been sent properly this confirmation email should be received very quickly. Your actual registration code will follow in a separate email message normally within 24 hours, usually much faster. If your email address is incorrect or we are unable to contact you via email you may not receive this electronic registration code. Please verify that your email address is correct and that you are able to receive email at that address before submitting your order.
Recently some email filters have been discarding registration messages. Please disable all email filters until your registration code is received, or create a new filter to allow all messages from "register @ maxoutput.com" or the subject line containing "FileBack PC" to pass through. We cannot be held responsible for lost or discarded email messages. If you do not receive your registration code in a timely manner please contact us to have it resent to you.
